20 UX Resources You Need to Know

This list has a wide variety of resources you can use when it comes to all things creating projects, gaining knowledge and job hunting.
1. UXdesign.cc — This resource is great for any designer looking to learn more about user experience design. It contains an abundance of articles, tutorials and resources that will help you improve your skills.
2. Boxes and Arrows — Boxes and Arrows has one of the most comprehensive collections of articles on user experience.
3. UXPin — UXPin is good for those who are looking to learn more about wireframing and prototyping. UXPin offers a variety of tutorials, templates, and resources that will help you create user-friendly prototypes. They also have plenty of free ebooks you can download.
4. Smashing Magazine — Smashing Magazine provides articles on all aspects of web design, including user experience.
5. Wireframe.cc — This website helps designers create wireframes that are both effective and user-friendly. Wireframe.cc offers a variety of tutorials, templates, and resources that will help you get started.
6. Nielsen Norman Group — The Nielsen Norman Group is awesome for all things related to user experience research. It contains an abundance of articles, case studies and resources.
7. Justinmind — Justinmind has a lot of useful tools when it comes to prototyping. You can plugin tools from Sketch and Adobe Creative Cloud Programs. They have data lists. There are forms and fields. User testing integrations are available. Pre-built UI Kits and design templates are at your disposal. The list goes on and on.
8. UIE — UIE is a great place to find articles and resources on all aspects of user experience design, including usability. They also have job postings.
9. UX Mastery — This website can help you find tutorials and resources on all aspects of user experience design, including user research.
10. Interaction-Design Foundation — Interaction-design.org has a wealth of information about anything UX-related. They have boot camps, masterclasses, courses, and open-source literature on UX design.
11. Zeplin.io — With Zeplin.io you can take your designs and pass them to developers so they can build them out. No more back and forth emails trying to figure out what the designer meant. Developers can see everything including fonts, colors, and sizing.
12. Usertesting.com — Usertesting.com allows to gain feedback from users interacting with products and websites. You can get videos of people using your products, websites, or mobile apps and see where they are struggling.
13. Designresourc.es — Designresourc.es is a goldmine for anything UX-related. It has books, icons, design systems, podcasts, design news, and much more.
14. Uigarage.net — When it comes to user interfaces there are many different types that you can find on this site. It has calendars, alerts, homepages, onboarding and other things.
15. Designerslack.community — Designerslack.community has a list of spaces where UX designers can meet up around the world and on the internet.
16. Uxdesignweekly.com — Subscribing to this site will give you a list of UX articles you can look through every week.
17. Uiuxtrend.com — This website has a list of trending topics in UX among other good stuff.
18. Resourcesfordesigners.com — This website has a wealth of resources including but not limited to jobs, books, design systems, wireframing tools, and icons.
19. UXMovement — This website contains articles on various things that are UX-related including forms, navigation, content, sponsors, mobile, buttons, thinking, and products.
20. Myinterviewpractice.com — Go to this website and click the hamburger menu. Then click the “professions we cover” section. Once you see the list of professions locate the Information technology icon, click that and then click UX designer. The UX designer page has lots of interview questions you can use to practice your interviewing skills as a UX designer.
