There are a number of great UX podcasts out there that can help you stay up-to-date on the latest trends and learn from experts in the field. Here are some good ones to look at.

The UX Podcast is hosted by James Royal-Lawson and Per Axbom, and features interviews with some of the most prominent figures in the UX world. Topics range from design thinking and design confidence to information architecture and much more. Currently, they have 286 episodes.

User Defenders is a podcast about all things UX, hosted by Jason Ogle. In this podcast he interviews different UX professionals about their work, experiences, and insights.

The title explains it pretty well. This podcast talks about things in UX that need fixing.

The UX Intern is a podcast for anyone trying to get their foot in the door by being a UX intern. This podcast only ran for 13 episodes, but you may find some good in it.

This podcast features UX Experts such as Kathy Baxter, Sarah Doody, Aaron Walter, Jeff Veen, Janaki Kumar, Jeff Gothelf, and Elizabeth Churchill and more. This podcast tackles things like education about UX, what constitutes good UX, and design leadership among other stuff.
